What does an antenna socket do?

Antenna sockets, also known as aerial sockets or subscriber connection sockets, are plug connections to the coaxial cable network. The end devices for radio and television reception are connected via these connections, which are installed in or on the wall. Aerial sockets with one or more F sockets are also known as multimedia sockets. They also enable the integration of Internet or satellite television.

Which antenna socket is the right one?

In our store you will find 2-hole, 3-hole and 4-hole aerial sockets. Choose 2-hole sockets if you only want to connect cable TV and radio.With a 3-hole socket, the SAT receiver or cable modem is also connected via the F socket. 4-hole sockets are suitable for connecting a twin receiver with two F sockets.
