The 1/2-lamp electronic ballast HF-E 1/2 49 TL-5 II 220-240V 50/60Hz from Philips' intelligent and reliable HF-Essential II range is the most cost-effective solution for the reliable operation of T8 and T5-C fluorescent lamps. It is also the ideal entry-level product for users of electromagnetic systems who want to take advantage of the benefits of electronic ballasts.
The HF-Essential II has an energy efficiency class of A2 and, with its robust design, meets all relevant international safety and performance standards. It is suitable for installation in luminaires of protection classes I and II.
The HF-Essential II is the ideal choice for a wide range of new and retrofit applications in the commercial sector, including general surface mounting and office lighting, parking garages, warehouses and other applications. Application areas include office buildings, hospitals, supermarkets, department stores and schools.
The multi-power technology of the FL-EVG enables the precise operation of several lamp types with different wattages. The electronic ballast also has a mono/dual function for operation with 1 or 2 lamps. You benefit from maximum reliability in system operation.
The Philips HF-Essential II is suitable for DC operation and emergency lighting systems. It has an extended lamp life with frequent switching processes without lamp replacement, e.g. when using presence detectors or motion detectors with 15 switching processes per day.
The housing is IP20 protected.
