The constant current driver for LED modules SMART 50 BI from TCI is suitable for installation in luminaires of protection class I. The output current can be adjusted via DIP switches. The maximum system power is 50 watts.
The LED driver has an analogical input for thermalsensor connection. An Active Power Factor Corrector is integrated as well.
The input and output terminal blocks are mounted on the same side (wire cross-section up to 1.5 mm2 / AWG15). The LED ECG can be secured with a slot for screws.
The TCI SMART 50 BI is protected against overheating and short circuits, mains voltage spikes and overload. It also has a thermal protection according to EN 61347 C.5.a. The current control is + - 5% including temperature fluctuations. The lifetime is 50,000 hours.
The LED driver’s housing is IP20 protected.
