The dimmable electronic ballast DC MAXI JOLLY HC MD from TCI is equipped with IP20 protection and is suitable for the indoor installation of LED lamps of protection class I. It is also equipped with protection class I and is thus protected against electric shocks with direct or indirect contact. Its rated power is 50 watts.
The constant current constant voltage LED driver has a dip switch for adjusting the output current. An active power factor corrector is also integrated.
Dimming is possible via a Phase Cut or PushDIM interface in a range of 0.5% to 100%.
The input and output terminal blocks are (wire cross-section up to 1.5-2.5 mm2 / AWG15-AWG13). Clamping screws for cables with a minimum diameter of 3 mm up to a maximum of 8 mm are mounted on primary and secondary circuits. The LED driver is suitable for recessed and surface mounting as well es mounting with a strain relief.
The TCI DC MAXI JOLLY HC MD is protected against overheating and short circuits, mains voltage spikes and overload. It also has a automatic resetting thermal protection acc. to EN 61347 C.5. a. The current control is + - 5% including temperature fluctuations.
The LED driver has a lifetime of 50,000 hours. TCI provides 7 years warranty on the ECG.
