With the LC10W 500mA fixC SR SNCfrom its ESSENCE range, Tridonic offers a compactconstant-current driver for luminaire installation. The output current is 500mA with a maximum output power of 10 W.
The LED ECGis suitable for luminaires with M and MM according to EN 60598, VDE 0710 andVDE 0711. It is also equipped with IP20 protection. The casing is made ofwhite polycarbonate.
Thanks toits extra-flat design, the driver is ideally suited for constrainedinstallation conditions (e.g. small ceiling cut outs and low ceiling cavities).Two separate strain relief parts for input and output cables with highly robustclamps are integrated.
Thedriver has a temperature protection as per EN 61347-2-13 C5e andis protected against overload, short circuit, no-load operation andovershoot at mains on/off. The nominal lifetime is up to 50,000 hours. Tridonicoffers a 5-year guarantee on this ECG.
